Construction storage
(1): The surface of the object must be cleaned of dust, oil, welding slag, rust, and old paint film before painting. The steel surface should be sandblasted and shot blasted to Sa2.5 level, and the local repair surface should be polished to St3 level. . Moisture is strictly prohibited during construction.
(2): The single component of this material can be mixed evenly before construction. The proportion of the two-component paint is: component A: component B = 14.2kg (large barrel): 4.3kg (small barrel). The proportioning method of the two-component construction is: fully open the first part of the component A, add the component B to the component A, and mix well. It can be painted.
(3): The paint quality is too thick and can be diluted with special thinner. Unfinished materials should be sealed and stored.
(4): When the rainy day or relative humidity is greater than 75%, the construction should be stopped.
(5): The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, to prevent direct sunlight, isolate the source of fire, and away from heat.
(6): The storage period is twelve months. After the period expires, all technical indicators should be inspected. If the index requirements are met, they can continue to be used.
